Terms and Conditions

GoTripBroker (gotripbroker.com) is a digital platform owned and operated by Leidsens Technology LLP ("Leidsens", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the GoTripBroker platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

GoTripBroker acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary that facilitates connections between travel service providers, travel agents, and customers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoTripBroker is not a travel operator, tour operator, transporter, hotel provider, or service provider, and does not directly provide travel-related services. The platform operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable regulations.

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. Business users, including travel agents and travel service providers, may be required to complete identity verification and provide a valid GST registration, along with any additional documents requested by Leidsens Technology LLP, before their accounts are approved or activated.

Users agree not to exchange or solicit direct contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or other communication details, with the intent of bypassing the GoTripBroker platform before the platform's contact-sharing or payment unlock process is completed. Any attempt to circumvent the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

Where GoTripBroker provides a feature that enables B2B contact sharing after the applicable payment or unlocking requirements have been satisfied, any subsequent negotiations, agreements, payments, or transactions conducted directly between the parties are solely at their own discretion and risk. Leidsens Technology LLP shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, defaults, or claims arising from such off-platform dealings.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Leidsens Technology LLP has its registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
